EQ v. IQ
I collaborated with some of my classmates this semester to make a presentation, analyzing the differences between EQ & IQ, and determining which one is more important in the current world.

We made the assertion that while IQ is important for professional success, being smart isn't enough and has actually taken a backseat to EQ. Throughout the presentation, we defined what both IQ and EQ are, did some comparisons between the 2 with a live skit, gave IQ its flowers, and highlighted why EQ has taken a priority.
I was specifically responsible for design of the presentation, explaining (in some sort of timeline format) how a high EQ is beneficial in the business world, and giving some final remarks at the end as well as a call to action to wrap everything up nicley.
This is my specific slide where I explained the benefits of a high EQ & the order someone would see these benefits. I used a simple financial team example where, as EQ increases among the group, each of these benefits becomes more apparent.

Better communication increases trust which leads to stronger relationships within the group which leads to more effective leadership which in turn translates into enhanced and more efficient performance.
While this was a group stance, I do personally believe that EQ is much more important in the current time due to the emphasis on mental health.
